2023 Fall & 2024 Spring Registration, and Soccer Camp - NOW OPEN!!!
Available for both Travel and Non-Travel programs!
(5-year-old program only available in fall season.)
Please remember that we will need more coaches, so please volunteer to coach if you are able to help!!
To register your player: Log in or create a family account at www.waynesborosoccer.org, then add each player’s information. It will automatically show you what programs are available for their age. Our registration is done completely online. If you are unable to register online, please email [email protected].

Non-Travel (Recreational): 5 – 14 years old as of December 31, 2023
Travel: Fall 2023 –– 8 to 14 years old as of December 31, 2023
Spring 2024 –– 8 to 18 years old as of December 31, 2023
(Team eligibility is dependent upon enough like-age players registered to form a proper team. For example – we will not put 8-year-olds on a U15 team.)

Family Registration Discount: Full cost for the first player, $5.00 less for each additional family member. |
Financial Assistance is available during the online registration process. All requests are kept confidential.

Uniforms: Recreational Players (T-shirt & socks) cost is covered by the registration fee & are kept by the player. |
Travel players (Jersey, shorts, & socks) Each family is responsible for ordering their player’s uniforms - info will be emailed to you. |
Info Needed ASAP: Copy of Birth Certificate & a photo for all new players will need to be sent to [email protected] (.jpg only) as soon as possible to complete registration. PLAYERS CAN NOT & WILL NOT BE ROSTERED UNTIL ALL INFO IS RECEIVED

Payment:
- Installment payment plans available! Choose from 1-time payment, 2-, 3-, or 4-installment plans.
- Visa & MasterCard are the only accepted methods of payment
- All accounts must be paid in full prior to season’s start or player will not be permitted to participate in games. (This includes installment plans.)
- Help is needed! Please don’t forget to VOLUNTEER! Our organization depends on our volunteers! Without you, we would not be able to provide such a great program to our players. We depend on sufficient, reliable help. Please remember that we do not ask you to do any fundraising!
- We thank everyone who helps to make this program run smoothly each and every week!
- Coach or Assist coach a team – we will provide training. (We always need coaches!)
- Sponsor - a child, a team, or a tournament!
- “Grill Master” in the concession stand.
- Help in the concession stand (Every family helps at least 1 time per season.) Concession stand sign up calendar is done through www.SignUp.com. More info is sent near the start of the season.
- Join the WYSA Board! Current openings include: Director of Concessions
- Help during one of our Tournaments (Parking, Field Marshal, sell t-shirts, Concessions, etc.)
- Field maintenance assistance – set up/tear down nets before/after each season, etc.
- Or maybe you have another idea. We would LOVE to hear about it!

Upcoming Dates:
- 21st Annual WYSA Youth Soccer Camp for players 7 – 14 years old
- At least 1 season of experience
- July 24 - July 27, 2023 from 8:30 am - 11:30 am (make up day July 28, 2022 if needed due to weather)
- Cost: $70
- Registration & more information are available on the WYSA website.
- Coach and Player Notifications – Fall Season -
- Mid to Late August – Travel and Non-travel coaches meeting; receive rosters, equip, etc.
- Late August – players will be notified by coach for practice time, day, and field location.
- SoccerFest 2023
- Saturday September 9, 2023
- WYSA’s Official Opening Day – half-day filled with events at the Robert Stum Soccer Complex with team pictures, team games, distribution of team schedules, and lots of fun! All of Waynesboro Soccer will be here!
- Fall Soccer Season –
