How to Register your player:
ALL AGES ARE AS OF JULY 31, 2008!
Local players age groups are:
5 year-olds (Not Available in Spring Season)
Fill out WYSA and Parent help forms on the Recreational page +
Registration Fee of $25.00 (plus any late fees)
6 - 9 year-olds
Fill out WYSA and Parent help forms on the Recreational page +
Registration Fee of $35.00 (plus any late fees)
10 - 15 year-olds
Fill out WYSA and Parent help forms on the Recreational page +
Registration Fee of $35.00 (plus any late fees)
Travel players age groups are:
ALL AGES ARE AS OF JULY 31, 2008!
10 - 18 year olds
Fill out Travel Registration (RG-6), FCYSL medical, CPYSL medical, Player Info and Parent Help forms on Travel Registration page+
And submit with a copy of players Birth Certificate, uniform size (if needed) and a small photo (1x1) for player pass and player signature for player pass (No nicknames, first and last name ONLY, same as displayed on Birth Certificate)
All Forms must be completed to be registered!
Registration Fee of $50.00 (plus any late fees)
Uniform Fee of $25.00 and uniform size (if needed this season)
