***ATTENTION GIRLS WISHING TO TRAVEL***
Beginning Fall '10, WYSA sponsored girls travel will be available for any girls, up to U14, who wish to travel but not play Boro United. Travel will be in the Frederick County Youth Soccer League. We MUST have enough female players registered to be able to form a team. If you are interested, please sign up - and bring some friends!

WYSA 2012 Spring Season Registration
*-*-*-* Due to time constraints for the spring season, please mail your registration forms soon, or come to one of our registration dates listed below. *-*-*-*
When: Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Where: 11387 Country Club Rd., Waynesboro (home of the “soccer box”)
Across the road from the complex toward the Country Club – white brick rancher with a green roof.
Registration will be held in the garage. (Watch for signs)
(Forms & payment may be mailed to this address, too)
Eligibility: Boys: 6 - 17 years old as of July 31, 2011 (born 8/1/93 - 7/31/05).
Girls: 6 - 15 years old as of July 31, 2011 (born 8/1/96 - 7/31/05).
Cost: Recreational - children ages 6 - 15 years old - $45.00;
Travel – children ages 8 - 17 years old - $65.00
Uniform – Travel players who need a uniform - $15.00
(ALL travel players that did not play in the Fall ’11 season will need a uniform!)
*Financial Assistance: is available if request is submitted in writing as soon as possible.
*Discounts: For families with three (3) or more registrants. The first two (2)
are at full cost, the third (3rd) and beyond is $10.00 less the
appropriate cost per registrant.
*Late fee: A $25.00 (and up) late fee will be added to any
registration made after February 5, 2012.
Why? Rosters, uniforms, sponsorships, scheduling
deadlines and requirements dictate winter registration
for spring season play.

with registration forms to the above address.)

*Not needed if player participated in the 2011 Fall Season as a travel player.
General/FAQ’s: The 2012 Spring Season begins in April and finishes in early June.
There will be no matches played over Easter or Memorial weekends.
Practices begin mid March weather permitting.
Coaches will call approximately Early- to Mid- March
Watch the website for team listings, etc.
Shin guards & soccer cleats are required for all players.
Uniform shirt and matching socks are given to each local player.
Black shorts are recommended for local players to complete the uniform.

How to Register your player:
Travel players age groups are:
ALL AGES ARE AS OF JULY 31, 2011!
8 - 17 year olds
Fill out Travel Registration (RG-6), FCYSL medical, CPYSL medical, Player Info and Parent Help forms on Travel Registration page. Submit with a copy of players Birth Certificate, uniform size, and a photo for player pass.
All Forms must be completed to be registered!
Registration Fee, plus any late fees.
Uniform Fee of $15.00 and uniform size

Fall Season Tryouts for Travel Players:
Player evaluations: (“Tryouts”) are required for all players desiring to play on a travel team. Players must be already registered with WYSA to participate! Evaluations are conducted at the Soccer Complex on Country Club Road. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start time.

Boro United Travel: Date Time
U12 – U18 Girls Boro United *May 15th *1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
*Parents meeting at 1:00 pm
AND May 17th 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- “Boro United” soccer is for girls U12 – U19 with the athleticism, desire and commitment to reach their potential as soccer player through additional opportunity to practice and compete at a level that will challenge individuals and teams. Additional fees apply. The “Boro United” tab on WYSA’s web site contains additional information.
- Girls WYSA travel soccer is for girls U12 – U14 desiring exposure to soccer beyond WYSA’s recreation league, but who do not want the commitment associated with Boro United.
